We can't make our events happen without you. We need each parent to support with at least one volunteering opportunity.

If you can support us for our 2026 End of Season Awards in Melbourne on Sunday, 25th October, we would love to hear from you.

The different roles:

• Catering Prep - Pre event catering: TBC [coordination of condiments, green salad, potato salad, fruit platter, bread, disposable cutlery & crockery]
• Set Up – Setting up sponsor banners, table of trophies in award order, tables, BBQ's [9.00am - 11.00am TBC]
• Awards Support - A lending hand for presentations if needed, marshalling members, organising awards for the presenter [11.00am - 12.30pm]
• BBQ Chef – We have 2 BBQ's = a rotating Chef crew would be great, ready to eat from 1.00pm [12.30pm - 3.30pm]
• BBQ / Catering Servers - Monitor and serve food [1.00pm - 3.00pm]
• Monitor [Clean / Replenish supplies] - Throughout food service [12.30 - 3.30]
• Pack-Up - Clean and pack-up event [3.00pm - 4.00pm]
• Lawn Bowls Supervisor - Adult supervisor for 8 lanes of lawn bowls - Club Rules TBC [1.00pm - 3.00pm]
