Coach Focus

  • Lead, manage and assist in the recruitment of the snowboard coaching staff.
  • Set coaching objectives and timetable for the Mt Buller season.

Currently, this role would oversee a program on snow across the Mt Buller season, incorporating pre & post season add-on training opportunities beyond our current seasonal program (est 15 weeks Jun - Sep). A Part-time role would be developed for this role in consultation with the successful applicant, which will enable the design and management of year-round IPPs (Individual Performance Plans) for all performance athletes at the club.
